Winter training to get faster... even if you're getting older

We discuss the physiological changes and also how our psychological / mindset changes as we age. We also discuss how strength training can be beneficial for endurance athletes. If I'm honest, we could re-title this podcast "Me, Mike and Ian are getting older and trying to stop getting slower".
