There’s a mindset that has permeated our culture and it’s causing a lot of damage. It ruins our homes and families, our relationships, and even entire communities. Which mindset? Blaming. [11:53] Blaming over-simplifies a problem. [14:13] Blame makes people deflect. [16:34] Instead, let's develop a solution mindset.
